1. After the rename operation is complete, optionally close the window
2nd. Add option to either use the Windows clipboard to copy / paste new filenames to the selected files or use an external text file (Magfic File Renamer uses this approach) to rename the selected files (FreeCommander uses this approach, which works extremely well)
